marika.kusnireParticipantHello!
Trying to add mega menu for categories (the same way as in all Your default templates).Have tried to make them in different ways:
1) Importing template from Your gallery -> it works with rows and sections (before converting to containeres). See my sites first category. No changes made, just importing Your template.
2) Importing template from Your gallery, then just CONVERTING to container, mega menu shows correctly in backend, but vertically in fronted. See my sites second category.
3) Made some tests with fresh now containers. It shows correctly in backend, but vertically in frontend. See sites third category.I have tried to regenerate Elementor css, cleared cache in web browsers, tried different browsers as well – the same. When using containers – mega menu shows vertically.
How to solve this?
Adding site info access info in private.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please clarify, Is that menu defined in the categories dropdown? https://prnt.sc/PHUqPDsYYm__ , or somewhere else?
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The full-width option only works when you add the HTML block for the horizontal menu not in the vertical categories menu. Please send me the URL link to such demo where you saw the mega menu in the vertical categories menu and the screenshot as well.
I await your response.
Kind Regards

marika.kusnireParticipantIt doesn’t changes if it is fullwidth or with set sizes. In the HTML block info is shown horizontal, but in menu it changes to vertical..
See all Woodmart demos, where with the same element is used mega menu and all the info there is shown correctly – horizontal (not disoriented verticaly).

marika.kusnireParticipantAs mentioned before- when just importing Woodmart mega menu template without converting to containers everything forks fine. see this in first category. And in the second category is used the same template, but converted to containers and it shows vertically.
Adding simple mega menu, made with container looks in backend and frontend (sorry for frontend picture quality, don’t know how to make screenshot with dynamic content).

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Okay, understood. May I disable 3rd party plugins and enable the parent theme for testing?
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards

marika.kusnireParticipantHello, Luke!
Of course. 😉
So You have less job, I adready disabled all 3rd part plugins and switched to the parent theme. So at the time, site is switched to the Woodmart parent theme and active are just Woodmart core, Woocomerce and Elementor plugins. Still not helping :/

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In Elementor -> Settings -> Advanced the “CSS Print Method” should be as “External File”: https://monosnap.com/file/ZKUm6xloy9xjBhtt7PImxWSKYegF33
External Files: This option generates a separate CSS file specifically for printing, which is then loaded along with your page. When this method is selected, Elementor will create a separate CSS file containing the necessary styles for printing.
After changing the “CSS Print Method”, you need to regenerate the CSS: https://monosnap.com/file/CvjQTf47o74GTemgs4WcdirVGALjEp
