    The menu button does not work in the mobile version.

    I do not use any cache or speedup plugins. And that I tested in different places and the menu button does not open and only the # parameter is added to the url

    As we can see, the website doesn’t load properly on mobile devices. It is most likely affected by some of the installed plugins. Please disable them temporarily so I can check what is wrong.

    Single products, product gallery opens with difficulty, that is, it either skips or does not open at all.

    Please disable all plugins that are not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme in Appearance -> Themes.

    I put the theme on parent and deleted the unnecessary plugins.

    But this problem still exists.

    In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
