Error on File Uploading funcionality – Request timedout after 30 seconds

    Hello,

    The site is presenting an error when the customers are uploading .pdf files into their request.

    The “Request timedout after 30 seconds” message is shown after 30s of processing, even though the PHP maximum time limit is set to 3600.
    All configuration has been set and tested already in htacces, php.ini and wp-config, but with no success.

    Please help in solving this error.
