marcopoloParticipantHi Team,
I have a mobile site where there is a youtube video on one of the elementor module. While the video plays fine when in editing mode, the video thumbnail appears as static image when accessed by visitors. The same problem is noticed on products where main image has video (youtube link), the video does not play at all.
Can you please take a look and help me find out the solution?

Homepage: https://durvient.com/ (Please open website on mobile or use responsive mode through inspect elements)
Product where video link is present: https://durvient.com/auto-dimming-irvm-internal-rear-view-mirror/ (video icon shows up but video never loads)

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.
Best Regards.

marcopoloParticipantHi Luke, please proceed. I have turn on maintainance mode on website (through woodmart options) so that visitors will not be able to access.

marcopoloParticipantHi Luke, it’s a live site and under maintenance right now, can you please rush to complete the analysis?
I am removing maintenance right now, will request you to put site under maintenance when disabling plugins and then disable maintenance again when done.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
If it’s a live site I suggest copy it and move to the staging platform so the changes will not affect the live site. The below article will help you to create it:

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Enable these options in Theme Settings: https://prnt.sc/SjU8PgtUfiJh, the thing is that the “Video” element comes from Elementor itself, in this case, those options should be enabled.
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
This is another issue, please disable all plugins except these ones: Elementor, WooCommerce, WoodMart Core, and recheck the issue on the product page. Then enable plugins one by one to detect which one causes it.
Let me know the result.
Kind Regards

marcopoloParticipantHi Luke, I noticed you have already done the disabling part just a few minutes ago, did you not experience the issue or were you not able to identify what was triggering it?
As you might have noticed, both the issues are with youtube video only, the video uploaded directly on the website works perfectly fine.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
It’s different problems, the first case is related to disabled Elementor’s JS and this one is caused by affecting third-party plugins. After the deactivation of all 3rd party plugins, the video started to work well: https://gyazo.com/cf085d69b62afa7ad82a64962712ee50
In general, looks like these https://prnt.sc/Y0MUD4Pm3b7M plugins affect it but on the other hand, they should work well so check the settings of those plugins or back the settings to default and recheck the issue.
Kind Regards
