Woodmart / Pinterest Integration troubles

Hello Team,
since we have been using the Woodmart theme, we have repeatedly had to deal with crashes in our database. We have now been able to find out that these crashes were caused by our Pinterest integration. However, we never had any problems with this with our old theme and haven’t changed anything else on the website.
Is there a known issue between Woodmart and the Pinterest integration?

Please make a full backup of your site and check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if is it our theme issue or not.

the only thing we changed on the website was the theme – we tried it again with our old theme “Blossom Shop Pro” and it works. Do you need login information?

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp logins details so i will check and give you a possible solution.

the database doesn’t crash immediately, but only when the Pinterest bot updates the feed – and that usually happens in the middle of the night. So, this would take weeks.
If we deactivate plugin by plugin, we can only rule out one plugin a day as the source of the error. And the site is a running store, with about 50 plugins. If we turn them all off, we will lose too much sales.
Is there no other option?

Try to find logs with server errors while updating the Pinterest bot. If you can’t find them by yourself, contact server support.
