First of all, take my apologies for the delay in answering because of the weekend.
1. WoodMart has a special widget called Hook in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But I don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

According to the screenshot of original message, looks like they are using an additional extra payments.
While you are using Local pickup payment method, so if you want payment to looks like screenshot you need to use additional plugins.
