Preview Picture when i post on FB a product

I want your help for 2 things
1. is when i post a product from our shop on facebook i dont get a preview of picture.
For example

Do i need something like clear cache on fb or on website?
2. The website is on greek. Also when i post the link i get all these link you see on photo. Can i hide that? can appear the right link? without all these symbols
Do i need to put a plugin like yoast?

1. I kindly request that you utilize an SEO plugin to incorporate the required Open Graph (OG) image and OG description to your website’s pages, posts, and products.
Please remember to clear the Facebook cache for any products or pages that have been previously shared. You can do so by using the following tool: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/
2. There is no way to convert cyrillic link to UTF-8 and You need to rewrite URLs in English or latin languages instead, it’s out of our controls.
