OfferbabazParticipantHi Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m encountering a challenge with our website’s functionality where the sidebar cart isn’t appearing when a user clicks the “Add To Cart” button. Despite my efforts, I’ve been unable to resolve the issue and would greatly appreciate your expertise in this matter.
To provide you with a clearer picture, I’ve shared screenshots of my current configurations:
Theme Settings: https://prnt.sc/g0ed9mY-QmTR
Theme Header Settings – https://prnt.sc/TfKpgqwbl0LG
Elementor Pro Settings – https://prnt.sc/q9QZMQydWcp8
WooCommerce Settings – https://prnt.sc/BDvr_NarXXI8
In an attempt to diagnose the problem, I’ve deactivated all plugins except for Elementor, Elementor Pro, and WooCommerce, but the issue persists.Additionally, I’m extending admin access to our site for a more thorough examination. You’ll find the WordPress credentials in the private content section.
Thank you for taking the time to look into this. Your support is invaluable.
Thank You

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.
Kind Regards.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The issue was caused due to different values for the cart on mobile and desktop, to solve it you need for mobile header to set the “Hidden sidebar” – https://prnt.sc/h3F3bye_Eyzv

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
You need to disable the Elementor Mini Cart template that is designed to work with Elementor Pro under Elementor -> Settings -> Integrations -> WooCommerce > Mini Cart Template and select Disable. https://take.ms/Ra7Cv

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The issue comes from that plugin: https://prnt.sc/67AGjVywyN3G, I suggest you disable it and clear the cache. Also, after disabling the plugin, remove all products from the cart and add any product again to recheck the issue properly.
Kind Regards
