Footer elements arent showing

I have configured the website footer to be 3 column and to use HTML blocks but these arent appearing on the website.
Also the copyright bar has a hyperlinked section which isn’t linking and is just showing as plain text on the website front end,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp logins details so i will check and give you a possible solution.

I’ve done that and still not working

Your footer was disabled on the Home page. I have enabled the footer option in the page settings of the home page. Navigate to Pages > Edit Home Page > In the bottom of the page settings configure the footer settings.
For the copyright, it was an issue with the copyright text, i have added the following code and it is working fine.
