Mobile bottom navbar shows only when logged in

Hi,
My enabled Mobile bottom navbar shows only when I log in. When anonymous user visits store, navbar doesn’t show on mobile devices. It just shows after I log in.
Is there something wrong or I need to setup something more ?

Please make sure that the Maintenance mode option is disabled from Theme Settings -> Maintenance. If the issue remains, share the WP logins details so I will check and give you a possible solution.
