Hello I want to use my custom login and registration forms that I created using forminator as my default ones,I have already created the forms and even embedded them onto my main menu but they are not working,kindly help me resolve this issue I’ve sent several messages but no one is responding to me.

Hello,

I apologize for the delay.

Firstly, could you please check whether the form working well on the default theme like Storefront? The thing is that our “Login/Registration” functionality comes from WooCommerce so in such a way we will make sure that your custom form works.

How do I use the storefront theme to check,I am supposed to install and activitate it also?

Yep, add the Storefront theme via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new, then activate it and check how the from works.
