Purchased woodmart template and critical error

There is a problem in woodmart theme I followed documentation to install theme and after installing it gives me error ( screenshot in attachment) when access any thing in dashboard and website gives blank page .

this is the main admin user and pass try these :
This issue is not related to our theme and it is different from the error on your screenshot. You can uninstall the theme completely and see if it helps. Once you fix your website we will install the theme for you.
ok i deactivated license and uninstalled wordpress then installed wordpress so plz install the woodmart main theme
We have installed our theme and imported default dummy content. Please check from your end now.
