I would like customers to register with the store before purchasing.

My shop sells digital photos online. I tested the purchase system and it appears that when I paid, the download was completed. Merchants cannot come back and download again.
-I don’t know if we can set the place order button to register as a member first. To be able to pay or not?
-And can the subscription be linked to a Google account for the convenience of customers?
