Is there a way to change the settings on the search bar?

I’m not sure if I did or didn’t do something or should have, but regardless of what is entered into the search bar, it always returns with zero results. My site is a WooCommerce site, and it is mainly products that I am searching, if that makes a difference.
Yesterday I purchased a search add on that is mostly doing what I want, but before I replace the search that came with the theme I thought I should check as I may not need that add on.

I am back again with the search issue.
After you looked at this I tried the search feature and it worked fine. It is not working again. Is there something that would cause this?
