product categories not working

I inserted 5 categories in the backend and the front end is not showing them.
I am not publishing this as it is my live site so here is a screenshot.

I thought maybe the problem was from the categories not having images but that is not the problem.

hello those are not showing using the products they are single images
If I use the featured categories from woodmart it looks like this on this test page.

can you advise a fix for this issue
where does woodmart get the images from ? That is probably why it is not working.

btw I disabled ALL plugins except woodmart and wp bakery and still same issue.
So it is not a plugin conflict.
ok figured this one out as well the category’s require a thumbnail image to work

Yes, you need to upload the thumbnail image. Navigate to Products > Categories > edit the category > scroll down to Thumbnail option and you can upload category image https://prnt.sc/cjzBAPFq_JEK
