Custom CSS Mobile not taken into account

I’m experiencing a weird issue when trying to only display a color instead of a picture for the categories headers in mobile version.
So I put the following code into the Custom CSS for mobile field:
.page-title {
background-image: none !important;
background: #61811D !important;
}
And it won’t work. The picture is still displayed.
Can you help?
