We are having a serious problem with the Standard Discount Coupon Woodmart

We are having a serious problem with the Standard Discount Coupon that came with the installation of the Woodmart theme.
Even excluding the standard coupon that was already activated when installing the Woodmart theme, the checkout displays an error because it keeps trying to pull the coupon that we placed in the trash and prevents other discounts from being applied for payment methods.
The checkout keeps pulling the coupon automatically even though the standard coupon that came with the Woodmart installation is in the trash.
I need urgent help!
