Link Tag Removal – Developer Request

Hello,
Our translation developer (Gtranslate) is asking if the <link> tag from the table tag can be removed on our checkout page? (see attached)

The link appears in the table once after saving the settings, and then the file is already connected along with everything else. At the moment, we see that you have the quantity option disabled at checkout, which is why there are no issues. However, to investigate this problem further, we need you to enable it for us to check more thoroughly.

We have temporarily turned on quantity at checkout for our UK subsite (see address in private area)
It is turned off for checkout normally on our site because it interferes with our discount plugin.
