Products in a category do not appear in the store page

Not all products in the “Local Flavors” category under “All Products” on the homepage are displayed. There are 18 products in this category but only 10 of them are displayed.
To solve it, I deactivated all the plugins and activated them one by one, updated the core plugin and theme but nothing changed.
Can you solve this problem?

In the settings of the element increase the “Items per page” to 20 – https://prnt.sc/xiQqRyanm3TV, then clear the cache and recheck the issue.
