“Price Calculator for WooCommerce” and “Extendons Woocommerce Measurement Price Calculator” not working properly with the Woodmart theme. When using the Theme, both plugins calculate the cost of the product but do not translate it/bring it to the cart

Hello,

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
Send us screenshots too.

What should I do then? I am not sure how you are trying to replicate the issue but one thing I can see is that the screenshots you are sending are different from mine. Anything I need to check on my end?

We need to check the issue exactly as you described. But we can’t do this because there are no fields on your product page at the moment.

Those fields are activated when using the “Area ( L * W ) as the measurement type. (see screenshot)

Try to disable AJAX add to cart option in Theme Settings -> Single product -> Add to cart.
