please help me to resolve my issue and problem

I want the products to appear square, not rectangular, on the page where the products are displayed. I wrote to support before and received opposing answers and solution suggestions, but I was not successful in this.I want multi theme as in the example in the screenshot,please fix this

Navigate to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Products Styles > Choose the “icons on hover” style.
Also this demo is using a custom layout of theme. Navigate to layout edit archive products layout with page builder and configure the settings.
