Why size of menu image is different bettwen elementor and browsing website?

I had edited the categories menu with ELEMENTOR, and insert two images, set image resolution is “medium – 400 x 300”, and looks good. But when I browsing the website, these two images are different height.
Can you tell me what`s going wrong? thank you so much!
