Incorrect category selection in the Elementora component from the theme – AJAX P

    I am trying to select for one of the tabs the display of products from a certain category, but it does not find any categories.

    Although it worked before when I first set up the theme and worked with it, and for the first taboo there was a category selected, but if I want to change it, I won’t be able to select a new one.

    Please help me with the problem

    Hello,

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.

    If you have a staging site, please send me access to it so I can make tests there.

    Now I see that the issue is in the invalid taxonomy – https://prnt.sc/pVY18SJfzJuf. Change it or remove and it should fix the issue.

    Hello,

    If we remove that category and try again to add in the “Categories and tags” area we will see that it cannot be found – https://prnt.sc/VIkj4FSaiZJW so it looks like there is the same issue with the invalid taxonomy.

    Please remove that attribute and recheck the issue.

    ok, thanks, it helped to solve the problem with the tabs and products described in response #566482, I removed the attribute and everything worked

    but I am also interested in how to solve the problem with the fact that the number of products of the category described here is not displayed – #566484

    Looks like the issue in the incorrect translation in the Loco Translate, because after deactivating it, the “products” shows – https://prnt.sc/1-S25e5s6T4B

    When I looked a little deeper, I found that you have not added translation there – https://prnt.sc/j6YMLuY-a8_o, so copy this https://prnt.sc/gDOxtmUGJAO5 string to the empty translation area and recheck the issue.
