How to equalize the height of Blog posts in carousel?

Hi, I am using Woodmart theme.
How to align the height of the posts visible on the Blog carousel?
Titles once have one line, once have two lines or more. The occupation also appears in different length for 3 or 4 lines.
I want all the heights of the visible posts to be the same height.

I have used CSS limiting the title and the innards to 2 and 3 lines.
