I am writing to you today because I am experiencing an issue with my website. When I try to create a new product category in the Woocommerce admin panel or download a CSV file from Woocommerce, the page gets stuck loading indefinitely. The following error message appears in the CPanel error log:
File not found [/home/regentco/public_html/403.shtml]
I have reviewed all of the applications or plugins installed on the website, and the error persists. Only when I disable the Woodmart template can I create the category or download the CSV file. This same issue is happening with another website that I have with the Woodmart template.
This issue started two days ago, and I have not updated any plugins since then.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
