apiwat.moParticipantI imported Woodmart Main but got this message: “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.”
And I turned off all the other plugins.
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor
– My WPBakery Page Builder doesn’t have it, so I can’t close it.What should I do? I tried for hours.

May 21, 2024 at 9:28 am #567011Hello,
We just checked the import mechanism and see that your server returns a timeout error. That is why the import can’t be completed. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the timeout limit in order to fix the import function

apiwat.moParticipantThank you. I have contacted the service provider. It’s now stuck at 75%, better than the first time it was stuck at 30%.
I’ll contact you to extend the time again.May 22, 2024 at 9:32 am #567394As we can see, the timeout value is still the same. Here is a screenshot https://gyazo.com/a9e661e0d6fc6972c8fb85e1867898e5

apiwat.moParticipantDo you have any advice? I have informed the supervisor. He said fix it in .htaccess by adding
php_value max_execution_time 240000
php_value max_input_time 240000
php_value memory_limit 512M
php_value upload_max_filesize 512M
php_value post_max_size 512MBut it still doesn’t seem like it used to be.
What should I do?thank you
May 22, 2024 at 2:10 pm #567473There is a different timeout limit on your webserver. Not just PHP execution timeout. You need to consult with your hosting provider for help.
