    Hello, We purchased your theme from https://themeforest.net/
    Item ID: 20264492
    However, when I activate, I get an error:
    “The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please, contact our support center too.”

    You need to consult with your hosting provider for help on this matter.

    Sorry, but we can’t help you on this matter since we are not server administrators.

    If you can’t activate it are free to use the theme without license activation and update the theme manually in the future.

    I really don’t understand what my active key problem is.
    If you’re our server, can you point out the problem for us?
    I see that many customers with this theme encounter the same error.
    I tried to read them and your solution carefully, but I didn’t get the correct answer.

    Hello,

    We don’t know exactly what the problem is, but your server can’t complete the request. Maybe you have some firewall configuration or something.
