Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page BuilderThank you in advance.

sumeet.mehtaParticipantDear Support team, as I mentioned earlier, once you log-in you can deactivate the plug-ins for testing and once complete re-activate the deactivated ones. This way you have full control of when to do what you require.

Artem TemosKeymasterPlease deactivate them by yourself so we don’t break anything on your website.

– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce

Artem TemosKeymasterIt looks like the issue is caused by the custom code in the child theme. When we switch to the parent theme, it works correctly. Please test it from your end.
