products-archive (shop) page -> product’s shown

hey,
is there an easy way to customize the top products shown on the default products/archive page of the shop ?

i wouldn’t neccesarily need to create a custom archive-Layout, the default one is fine so far, i just want to “pin” some product categories to be shown first. how would i do that ?
