Block layer custom page submenu

hi there I try to place an submenu into Subcatevory, when I select woocomerce query it’s showing me correct information but only with Categories, I try to select custom query , after I insert manualy sub menus it’s now showing me sub sub menu, I attach below few screenshots

This is a product category widget. It is not for the sub menu. If you want to add a sub category under the menu, Navigate to Appearance > Menu > Edit Main Menu and add the categories menu item as a sub menu.
Or you can add the HTML Blocks as per your requirements under the menu.
