URGENT: Videos aren’t uploaded at all in the product page

I tried to upload an MP4 video to the product page instead of an image, and when I do a preview I couldn’t find any video shown on the product page, and when I updated the product, the same issue persisted. I even tried the youtube link video and it doesn’t work!
I applied all patches, verified woodmart configuration and status, and cleared the cache, as well as deactivated some plugins but nothing worked for me!
