vertical bar with custom hight

please also help us with the following task. we have been trying to solve the problem for hours.
we have to recreate the following layout (attachement). a black transparent vertical bar on the right above the background image with a text content.

in the mobile version, the right column should then jump under the image and the black background bar should be automatically hidden.

we have tried to insert a background image in the row and set a column 2/3+ 1/3 in it and give it a black background. the problem is that the height of the column is always determined by the height of the text element and we don’t know where to add a fixed column height based on the height of the background image.
this question is also directly related to our other open ticket where we are having problems with scaling the background image in the row.
