    Hello !
    Need your help please. After update Woodmart Theme, my online shop have an issue at checkout. Can’t confirm order, it says “There was an error processing the order. Please check your payment method for receipts and review
    order histor before placing the order again.”
    Must notice that I’ve tried theme Twenty Twenty and checkout works fine.

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand whether it is our theme issue?

    If the issue is with woodmart theme, deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check how it works. If the issue still persists, share the wp logins details so I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back. Also, send me access to the admin panel.

    Thank you a lot, everything is working fine for now.
    Please could you tell me what was the problem? After I activated all the plugins, checkout is working also good, so I can’t figure out what was the cause of the issue.
