Unable to install WoodMart

    Dear Support,

    I currently cannot install the plugin on a fresh wordpress install.
    The file was downloaded also freshly from themeforest (“Installable WordPress file only”)

    Please advise

    Dear Support,

    I was able to fix the issue and install the theme successfully, now the next issue is that I dont see a few changes.
    For example I changed the number of shown products in the config to “12,36,108” bit it does not change on the shop page, is there an cache problem?
    I already deleted the cache fully using litespeed toolbox etc. and used an inkognito tab to check if the browser stored any cache.

    Please also check loco translation, as the plugin is installed, the files are uploaded and recongnized but not all text is translated

    Hi Support, I was able to find the issue. There was a product slide active for both the product grid and single product.

    The only outstanding issue is the translation which is still not changed..

    1. I Checked that functionality and on my side, it works:

    Other cases I didn’t check as you do not have enough products.

    2. Translations may not contain all words so you need to translate other words via Loco Translate. If you tried to translate them but unsuccessfully, please clarify which one word is not translated.

    Hi Luke,

    the language pack is almost fully translated as seen in the screenshot below. I also checked a few translations manually and they are definetly translated in the file but not shown on the site..

    Hi Luke,

    it seems the problem lied in the upload path of the .mo and .po files!
    I uploaded them to “website_root/wp-content/themes/languages/ “rather than “website_root/wp-content/languages/themes/”

    The issue seems to be solved as all words, as far as i can see, are translated. The ticket can be closed, thank you!
