Pagination not working on main categories

For some reason the pagination of any type is not showing up on main categories. When you click into a subcategory, then they show up.

Main category: https://thunderlightingsupply.com/holiday-products/
Sub-Cat: https://thunderlightingsupply.com/holiday-products/bulbs/

Any help please?
