    hello, I try hard to impact Fashion Color theme that was my 1st choice, it tack time and some time give me a error and I start to impact again from begging, at the end its Finlay impact but it was worth, no like demo at all with tons of errors, I make a restore the back up and start tray to impact again this time I delete all my website page , and update all plug and patcher, and when start impacting its stop in 60 %, try to impact reach 100% but same result, I don’t know what is the problem and im real need this theme

    can you please help me

    Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    I try to deactivate plugs that not linked to theme but still the problem still not solved

    Hello,

    We just checked the import mechanism and see that your server returns a timeout error. That is why the import can’t be completed. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the timeout limit in order to fix the import function https://gyazo.com/173606a265f9e6d83082948dc1d84237
