Duplicated products in AJAX product tabs

    Hi,

    In AJAX products tabs, some products are duplicated and some products doesn’t appear. See the attached image.

    Please check and correct this issue.

    Hello,

    There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Hi,

    I have checked deactivating all the third party plugins. But the issue still exists with both “AJAX product tabs” and “Products (grid or carousel)”.

    This happens when I select “Random order” and “Load More” or “Infinite Scrolling”.

    When it loads the next set of products (with load more or infinite scrolling), it loads previously loaded products again and again.

    I’m pretty sure this is a theme issue. So could you please check this issue from your side first.

    Hi,

    With Random Order, Load More Products or Infinite Scrolling
    it duplicates the previously loaded products again.

    Please refer the attached image with the colors and try to understand.

    Hello,

    Yes, it is how the random order works. Random order can cause duplication of products and is not recommended to be used when you have multiple pages. If you need consistent product display, consider using a different sorting option or using random order on a single page only.
