    Hello, when I place an order on my site, the thank you page does not appear.

    I’ve already tried deactivating all the plugins and activating the options in the Woodmart theme menus, but it doesn’t change anything.

    I should point out that I’m using a layout predefined by Woodmart for the order page.

    Could you please look into the source of the problem if I give you the login details for my website?

    Could you please check how it works with the default WordPress theme like WooCommerce Storefront to understand whether it is our theme issue or not?
