Edit “Shipping progress bar”

Hello friends,

Question: how do I modify or delete the text

“Add $900.00 to cart and get free shipping!”

which is located within the page https://www.site.com/woodmart_layout/checkout-layout-accessories/

When trying to edit the page in the browser, it does not show the option to modify the text.
