wp dashboard woodmart is slow when theme is active and has optimization issue

hello, while in the wordpress admin panel, I encounter many slowness problems, I use woodmart on my other websites, but I have experienced this problem here for the first time. i use both cache plugins and index plugins for database tables, but again it does not help. i deactivated all the plugins I used here and tested again, the problem was still continuing. here I am waiting for you to help me with speed please.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

I did the tests on the storefront theme, but the problem persists only in the woodmart theme. to fix this, I bought the wp-rocket plugin recommended by the theme and although I optimized it, the problem still persists. i can even say that it increased even more after wp-rocket. in addition, i use dokan and dokan pro. and i have more than 400 thousand products. i wonder if this theme is not at the level to support so many products. i am waiting for your help. thank you
