Website theme is causing issue with site. WOODMART

Hi Guys,
I’m getting a really weird issue where the theme is not loading properly and is causing 500 & 504 errors every time the website loads.
Nothing has been done my end except updating a few plugins please help me invesitgate.
If you need server access please let me know.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

It is clearly the theme at fault.
But we need the theme to operate the website
Thank you for the video. Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and send us your FTP access?

We still see some plugins that are not related to our theme installed on your website. Please deactivate them temporarily.
Deactivated, I cannot remove temp login as you may need that.
We switched to the default theme but some pages still can’t be loaded. Please check the single product page for example. Something on your website makes it load slow.

Nothing has been changed in the website at all.
There has to be an issue with the theme somewhere.
We’ve managed to get the site back up by reverting all the settings again.

Yes, the issue exists. And it exists with other themes as well. As we said, please check how it works with the Storefront theme.
But you didn’t try to visit the single product page on your video. Please record a video where you navigate between products using the Storefront theme. Thank you.
