Hi,

I have installed plugin or coding to use either CloudFlare or reCAPTCHA V2 under WoodMart login page.

I could login by google or facebook successfully but it does not create new user successfully if the customer is new. See the screen dump. You will see the message “You are now logged in as ” but not email or face book account created in the woocommerce.

On the other hand, there is no google or facebook button in the register form for user to create account in the registration.

Please help me to fix this social media account could not be registered.

Hi,

FYI, I have tried below to resolve the issue but not success.
– Disable all plugins
– clear catche
– try new browser
– update all plugins/theme

Hello,

Google login functionality does not assume registering a new account, they allow logging in with the existing account. You enter the site with an already existing Google account.

Hi Aizaz,

I attached a ticket replied by your colleagues before. Elise Noromit has informed the customer that A user is willing to login Via Facebook or Google does not NEED to register. When the user login in the accounts are created automatically.

Hi,

FYI, you could test login with google account for NEW registration with or without the cloudflare by activiating plugin call Simple Cloudflare Turnstile.

Yes, as a new customer, you can directly log in with your Google account. This is designed to automatically create an account for you upon your first login.

Hi Aizar,

You do not understand my question. New customer with Google account could not create an account for his first login when we install Cloudflare or reCaptcha in WoodMart theme.

If the user has registered before, he could login successfully with Cloudflare or reCaptcha.

See the video to realize the problem. You will find the message “You are now logged in as ” no email address or name shown. I found the new customer account not created.

Please see the video and the wrong message display without user email address shown.

I wish you could understand my question.

You have seen the message “Youare now logged as ” nothing.

I have checked with users list and there is no account for the google user.

Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

WPBakery or Elementor
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem. If the issue remains, keep the third-party plugins deactivated, and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.

Hi,

I have deactivate most plugins as your mentioned and the reCaptcha and CloudFlare.
However, google account could not create a user record in Login Page.
Could you use another server (dev.kuaikuai-mx.com) as the below private content to fix this issues ?
