AJAX error when adding product attributes

My website has an AJAX error when adding product attributes. The specific error is:
+ When adding a new attribute, it rotates continuously and does not end
+ When I delete an attribute, the error message “Something went wrong” is displayed.
To successfully implement these two issues, I must refresh the admin page.
