Single Product / Images Layout in Theme Settings

In theme settings under Single Product / Images, I want to change the layout of the image thumbnails. However, when I select an option and save, it does not change the front-end view.

I see that you have a cache plugin, did you clear the cache after making changes? Additionally, try to clear the server cache.
