Product image preview low quality

Hi there, I need your support to understend what type of picture need to be uploaded to show on preview or main page normal quality of products listed , we have all images resized for 500 px JPG, should we resize lower to not decrease to low and chaging quality ?

First of all, I’m really sorry have taken long time to reply you due to the weekend.
Basically the product images are controlled by WooCommerce and the WoodMart theme doesn’t influence this. The size of the thumbnail you set should be larger than the size of the product thumbnail displayed on the shop page. If the thumbnail size is smaller than what the default size expects, it may appear blurry or not display correctly.

I finded , on main page I had Product Grid or carousel and was set for 150 px img quality
