Editing with elementor not working anymore

    Hi,

    I have recently renewed support because I need your assistance. A few days ago, the Elementor editor stopped working on my Woodmart shop. Additionally, some pages display a “missing content” message when try to edit with elementor.

    Here are some details about the issue:

    Current Status: Everything is updated.

    Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
    Disabled plugins
    Changed the theme

    Noted that the issue does not occur with the woodmart parent theme.
    Cloned the site to another hosting provider, where the issue did not persist.
    Hosting Feedback: My current hosting provider informed me that there is something within the theme consuming too much memory.
    Could you please help me resolve this problem?

    Yes, to see the problem is very easy: if you 1. go to the home page or to the collections – gold collection page and 2. try to edit with elementor you will see that is not working. I attached the screen. The problem is not present with the parent theme and in another hosting. Thanks

    Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme temporarily. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    Try to do the following to fix the issue

    1. https://monosnap.com/file/97m8CpaXdYZdEcK57ThRhRWuw3qh6D – edit this page using WordPress editor

    2. https://monosnap.com/file/ImmJqeIXDWujKTlmi53gTupHFqYdBD – remove all the content and save the page.

    3. Try to edit your page with Elementor and save it.

    Now it should work correctly.

    Hi, thanks but its still not working. Can you please try to fix to the live site?
    We have made a change in the home with the provvisory mode and we have lost many things in the home page. Can you help us? Thanks

    It looks like the problem is caused by some custom code added to the child theme. When we switch to the parent theme it works correctly.
