I saw a similar issue elsewhere.
If you installed the latest WooCommerce 9.0, then you need to go to: WooCommerce > Advanced > Legacy API > and install the new dedicated Legacy API plugin.
As the new version got rid of the inbuilt legacy API, so you now have to make use of the new separate plugin – a sit’s no longer apart of woocommerce.
Hope this helps!
PS, you should really update the API functions on your site to make use of the newer REST API.
Hello,
Thank you so much for contacting our support center.
To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
