products disappear from cart while shopping

    in addition to my topic: products disappear from cart while shopping

    I have now discovered that apparently the cache built up by WooCommerce can also be cleared; WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools -> Clear Template Cache
    I did this at Storefront and the problem is gone, no strange behavior with the shopping cart.
    I now have the following plugins enabled, with Storefront:
    – WooCommerce
    – FiboSearch – AJAX Search for WooCommerce (Pro)
    – SOFT79 Expiration Dates for WooCommerce PRO
    – WooCommerce Tiered Price Table (Premium)
    – WPBakery Page Builder (doesn’t work with StoreFront of course… )

    If I turn Woodmart back on, the problem immediately returns, but if I empty the Template cache again (WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools -> Clear Template Cache) it has no effect.
    If I then turn on Storefront again, the shopping cart still acts strangely, but if I empty the Template cache, it goes away again.

    Would you please look at it again?

    I have changed back to the WoodMart theme and on my side, the cart works well as it was on the default theme before, check this video – https://dropmefiles.com.ua/en/MGhB

    Please clarify how to replicate the issue.

    Hello,

    Well that’s strange.
    I assume you only changed the theme to Woodmart and activated the Woodmart Core plugin? Nothing else?

    I’ll wait one day and change nothing also, to look if the cache of WooCommerce has to do something about this.

    Yep, when I logged in there was a default theme so I checked how it works there and then changed to Woodmart and activated the Woodmart Core plugin, that is all.
