Search and Filters are very slow

    Hi,

    All other pages are working fine except for search and filters. If we try to search anything on the search box it’s very slow. And on the shop page if we try to filter it’s taking more than 10sec.
    When I contacted hosting they told it was because of the Woodmart theme. Kindly check and resolve it

    Hello,

    Please disable all plugins except these ones:

    Elementor or WPBackary
    Woodmart Core
    WooCommerce
    Enable the Parent theme

    Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Hi,

    As you instructed we deactivated all the plugins except Elementor or WPBackary, Woodmart Core, WooCommerce

    and Enable the Parent theme. Even without activating any plugin I just tested, the site is very slow in filtering and searching. Without other plugins and with the parent theme itself, it’s very slow. I’m attaching my tested screen recording drive link. Kindly check and resolve it earliest.

    Hi,

    Tested with twenty Twenty Twenty-Four, on this website, search, filters are working super fast. The hosting team also confirmed that the issue is because of js_composer and theme. Kindly resolve it. It’s creating a lot of issues for every minute.

    Hello,

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back. Also, send me access to the admin panel.

    Hello,

    Seems that your server is not stable because on the default theme, without 3rd party plugins, we can see loading around 2.6s: https://prnt.sc/xx9k7oywMqjz, it’s not normal for the default theme, the default theme should be loaded around 1s.

    So I suggest you contact with your server for further solutions.

    hi,

    The problem is caused only by filters and search, we checked there is no issue with the server. Kindly check it from your side, as per my knowledge issue is caused by updating wb bakery page builder. Theme or this plugin is causing the issue. Kindly look into this thoroughly and resolve it.

    It’s a live website, kindly resolve it early, since yesterday you guys disabled HTML BLOCK ACCESS. Filters are not showing. It’s creating a lot of issues. I hope you guys have disabled it that’s all not working further.

    2. As for the HTML blocks, it looks like the account that you have provided has limited access – https://prnt.sc/DLyOepXi0Nqc, that is why it is not visible. The account should have the full access to see the HTML blocks.

    Hello,

    I apologize for the delay.

    Navigate to Appearance -> Menus and edit the main menu that is defined for the Desktop, then for each menu item enable the “Loading via Ajax” – https://prnt.sc/sFF-Yw0sVo7z

    Clear the browser/site cache and check how it works.
