My category pages keep turning into 404 error pages

Immediate attention an issue I am experiencing with my website. Similar to a problem discussed in a recent forum post, my category pages are turning into 404 error pages. Despite my best efforts to troubleshoot, the issue remains unresolved.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue immediately? I am willing to provide admin access to my dashboard if necessary. Kindly let me know what further information or steps you require from me to troubleshoot and fix this problem.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
